When you submit the online inquiry form, the website collects your name, country or region, product interest, inquiry message, and the business email address and/or WhatsApp or telephone number you choose to provide. A hidden anti-spam field and a hashed, hourly request-rate key are used to reduce automated abuse; the rate key does not store the readable IP address.
Inquiry information is used to understand your truck sourcing request, contact you about the request, prepare relevant product or export information, prevent spam and manage sales follow-up. It is not used to make automated eligibility decisions.
Inquiry records are stored in the website's protected database and the submitted fields are sent to the operator's Feishu workspace as both a sales-group notification and a record in its inquiry CRM multidimensional table. The hosting platform processes the requests needed to serve and secure the website. Page text may be sent to Baidu Translation when a visitor selects another language. The Contact page embeds Google Maps, so Google may receive technical request data when that page loads.
Google Analytics is not currently enabled because no valid Trinity Vehicles GA4 Measurement ID is configured. The website does not load the Google Analytics script or send analytics events while this setting remains empty.
The floating Contact menu may open WhatsApp, email, telephone or verified social accounts. The selected messaging, email, telephone or social service handles that communication under its own terms. This website does not receive or store the message or call through a contact form.
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up. Copies can remain in the website database, Feishu message history and Feishu CRM table until they are removed under the operator's account and retention procedures. Inquiry information is shared only with the website operator and necessary hosting or Feishu service providers, and is not sold.
You can contact Trinity Vehicles through WhatsApp, email or telephone without using the inquiry form. You can also use the direct Google Maps link instead of interacting with the embedded map. To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, use one of the verified contact channels on the Contact Us page.
